The Conveyancing Foundation is a registered not for profit charity, which has been established by conveyancers to help conveyancers, and others in the property industry, to raise funds for their chosen charities via the Free Legal Fee Competition.

The concept of the Free Legal Fee Competition is simple – your client makes a £10 donation to charity at the end of their property transaction. The client is then entered into a monthly prize draw and the winner receives £500 to assist with their legal fees.

To set up your Free Legal Fee Competition and start raising thousands for your chosen charity, access the Competition Toolkit here or email us at [email protected].

History

The Free Legal Fee Competition was launched in 2010 and over the years the Competition has raised over £500,000.00 for some incredible charities.

In 2015 the Free Legal Fee Completion won an Institute of Directors Corporate Social Responsibility Award and was shortlisted for a CSR Award at the National Investors in People Awards in 2016.

Lloyd Davies, Chairman of the Conveyancing Foundation commented:

“The Conveyancing Foundation has been established to help Conveyancers raise funds for their chosen charities. Conveyancers are very good at adopting new processes and procedures and the Free Legal Fee Competition enables them to raise significant and consistent donations for their chosen charities. The Foundation is a not for profit organisation and our sole purpose is to help Conveyancing practices to raise funds for charities that are dear to them. We look forward to working with you.”
