Mindstep is a registered charity funding suicide prevention research, raising awareness, and supporting those in need. Suicide remains the biggest killer of men under 40 in the UK, with over 130 lives lost each week. Mindstep works to break the stigma around mental health, promote open conversations, and ensure more people get the help they need. The charity was founded in memory of Max Davies, who tragically died by suicide in 2018 aged 22. Since then, his family has raised over £250,000 to support vital research and offer hope to those affected.
