Mindstep Pilgrimage – 9th – 12th April 2026

Cycling 250 miles from Monmouth to Canterbury to raise £50k for Mindstep.

Max Davies lost his life to suicide at 22 years of age. The Mindstep Foundation charity was established in Max’s memory to raise awareness, support those suffering with their mental health and to fund research into preventing suicide, which takes 11 young male lives every day in the UK alone.

In December Max would have been 30 years old, and we have set ourselves a target to raise £50k for Mindstep this year. At the start of April Max’s father Lloyd and eight friends will be cycling 250 miles from Max’s hometown in Monmouth in Wales, to Canterbury in Kent, where Max went to university.

Every penny raised for the Mindstep Foundation on this challenge will support vital but underfunded research at the University of Glasgow to better understand and prevent suicide.

Thank you to the team taking part and to everyone involved in helping us to solve this terrible pandemic, that is so virulent amongst our young men.

Please donate today and help us to help save lives. Thank you.
