Mental Health Champion (MHC) Course Terms and Conditions
About the Programme
The Mental Health Champion (MHC) Course is offered by Today’s Media in collaboration with experienced third-party mental health training providers. Please note that the Conveyancing Foundation does not take part in the design, delivery, or day-to-day management of the course.
Our Role
The Conveyancing Foundation is proud to support this important initiative by offering partial grant funding to individuals working within the property industry. Our involvement is focused solely on reviewing applications and awarding funding through our Mental Health Training Grant Scheme.
Responsibility and Liability
When you apply for or attend the MHC Course, you’re agreeing that you understand:
- The Conveyancing Foundation is not responsible for the course content, structure, or delivery.
- The Conveyancing Foundation isn’t able to accept liability for any issues, losses, injuries, or claims that may arise before, during or after your participation in the course or from the use of any related materials.
- Any concerns, questions, or feedback about the course, should be directed to Today’s Media or the individual course provider, who’ll be able to help you.
Who Can Apply for Funding
Grant funding is available to support participation in the MHC training course and is:
- Open to individuals currently working within the UK property industry – for example, those employed by law firms, legal suppliers, estate agencies, mortgage brokerages, and similar organisations
- Offered in limited numbers and subject to availability
- Allocated at the discretion of the Conveyancing Foundation
- Subject to change – we reserve the right to decline or withdraw funding at any time, without prior notice
Booking and Course Participation
- All aspects of course booking, access, and communication are managed directly by Today’s Media or the course trainer.
- The Conveyancing Foundation is not involved in booking processes or any logistical arrangements, and is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or similar issues.

By applying for a funded place, you agree to allow us to share your basic contact information with Today’s Media and the relevant course provider. This is only for the purpose of confirming eligibility and tracking outcomes to help improve the programme.
