"Joining the Conveyancing Foundation as a Trustee is a wonderful opportunity to support the charity’s aims for 2023 and beyond as well as maximising our opportunities to support more wonderful causes. It is an honour and a privilege to be working with the Conveyancing Foundation and as an Ambassadress.  I very much look forward to contributing to their initiatives and in working with those in the property sector to engage with mental health and wellbeing best practice. “The Foundation’s charity fundraising is quite amazing and it is wonderful to hear that the Foundation will be offering grants to train Mental Health First Aiders in legal practices from 2024. Embracing collective responsibility for mental health in the legal profession is paramount, as we aim to create a community where everyone’s wellbeing is prioritised.” Elizabeth is the CEO of LawCare and brings over 20 years of expertise in mental health charities to her role as Conveyancing Foundation Ambassadress. The Foundation has worked closely with Elizabeth over the years, spearheading the development of the Foundation's Wellbeing HUB in collaboration with LawCare, Agents Together, and the Mindstep Foundation, Elizabeth is committed to advancing wellbeing best practices within the property industry.

It’s a privilege to be named a Conveyancing Foundation ambassador. Since establishing my own firm in 2017, I have been committed to exploring the different ways I can support my staff’s health and wellbeing, as so many other colleagues across the industry are doing the same. Times really have changed and despite the legal profession’s reputation for long hours and punishing schedules, this is not the future we are creating. The Be Kind We Care initiative marked a step-change in the awareness and practical support that conveyancers were offered post-pandemic, promoting an ethos of professional collaboration and understanding. We know that life is complex and people face challenges both inside and outside of the office every day. Organisations such as the Conveyancing Foundation play a crucial role in this evolution and I cannot wait to get started in my work with the wider ambassador team.

With nine years of marketing expertise, Kayley the Marketing Manager at the Conveyancing Foundation, is a highly experienced professional in the field. Possessing a deep understanding of the dynamic marketing landscape, she is committed to leading impactful initiatives within the conveyancing and legal sector.

Nicola Lancaster, a seasoned project manager passionate about planning and events, brings expertise and enthusiasm to the Conveyancing Foundation. Dedicated to fundraising, wellbeing, and community giving, Nicola's dynamic approach and willingness to embrace challenges makes her invaluable to the team.

Since joining the team as Finance Manager in January 2023, Nicola has immersed herself in the Conveyancing Foundation. She has dedicated herself to managing financial affairs, contributing to the Foundation's longstanding success in raising over £1 million in donations over the past decade.
