Thank you for your interest in joining the Conveyancing Foundation Charity Lotto.

Here is our step-by-step guide to setting up your own Charity Lotto. We will assist you throughout the process and beyond to help you raise money for your chosen charity. Together we can support more charities and worthy causes than ever before!

Fundraising Total: £1,104,561.87

1. Getting Started:

Complete the digital Registration Form and send it to info@conveyancingfoundation.org.uk.

2. Choose your Charity:

You then choose your charity or cause. Your chosen charity is not required to be a registered charity but the desired recipient must be an organisation or individual that requires help or assistance.

3. Advertising the Competition:

You can use our Charity Lotto Brochure to advertise the competition to your clients or simply create your own.

4. Gift Aid:

Your clients will need to sign the Gift Aid Declaration and consent to the terms of the terms and conditions. The easiest way to do this is to add the declaration to your initial letter to the client.

We will provide the draft wording and assist you with this step.

5. Collecting Donations:

We suggest you add the £10.00 donation to your Statement of Account for clients entering the Charity Lotto.

Every month, you send us your completed Client Donation list along with the donations. We will then select a winner, claim the Gift Aid and make the payment to your chosen charity.

6. The Competition Winner:

We use a random number allocation to select a winner each month to receive £500. We publish the winners on our website and contact you if your client wins the competition.
