PEXA joins forces with The Conveyancing Foundation as an Official Charity Partner

We are incredibly excited to welcome PEXA to the Conveyancing Foundation as our latest Charity Partner! PEXA is an exciting new entrant in the conveyancing industry, having launched in the UK in 2022 with a remortgage solution for England and Wales. With plans to extend its technology into the transactional space next year, the timing couldn’t be better to share our pride in partnering with such a successful and innovative organisation.

The Conveyancing Foundation has raised nearly £1 million for charity since its launch in 2010, which has helped to support deserving causes and charities of all sizes, including Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff, the Wallich (homelessness charity in South Wales), Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice, and Alzheimer’s Research UK.

As an official partner of the Foundation, PEXA will join with others in the industry in leading the way in setting wellbeing standards and best practices. It will support the aims of the Foundation, including backing and promoting its work with initiatives such as its successful national ‘Be Kind We Care’ (BKWC) best practice campaign to encourage kindness among professionals and promote better mental health through the provision of practical resources.

PEXA will also become a partner of the Foundation’s new Charity Grant Scheme, which was launched at the beginning of 2023, where individuals and businesses in the conveyancing sector can apply for charity funding to supplement a worthy initiative they are supporting.

Madhu Pal from PEXA said the organisation was delighted to officially partner with the Conveyancing Foundation, applauding its innovative work in bringing mental health issues to the fore of industry discussions and its prolific charitable fundraising.

She said: “Our association with the Foundation stems from the deep alignment of our values. Industry collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and we reach the best outcomes by working with others. We look forward to supporting the Conveyancing Foundation and enhancing the livelihoods of those in our industry.”

The new Conveyancing Foundation Charity Grant Scheme will award up to £2000 to individuals or organisations from within the conveyancing industry who are fundraising for their chosen charities.

Meanwhile, Conveyancing Foundation plans for 2023 include research into wellbeing and best practice through three major industry-wide surveys, followed by round-the-table expert webinars to dissect the survey findings and to develop blueprints for what constitutes industry best practice.

Jess Smith, Conveyancing Foundation Ambassador, emphasised the Foundation’s mission, stating, “The Conveyancing Foundation has been dedicated to facilitating extensive fundraising for a number of important causes over the years and has been built to support all property related firms, organisations and companies with their fundraising and charitable endeavours. We all have a responsibility to give back and support those in need all around us and we are incredibly proud of our Charity Lotto and Charity Grant Scheme and the incredible fundraising they have facilitated.   Our vision centres on enhancing the well-being of individuals in the property industry and streamlining charitable fundraising endeavours to support those in need. “

“We firmly believe that the most effective path toward achieving these goals is by collaborating with industry experts and stakeholders who share our passion and we are thrilled to extend a warm welcome to PEXA! As an influential organisation already within the property industry, their support is pivotal to our vision and will only improve our ability to support the industry and give back!”
