Conveyancing Foundation Welcomes Sam Hawking as New Trustee

The Conveyancing Foundation, dedicated to enhancing the lives of those in the property industry, is delighted to announce that Sam Hawking, CEO of Sam Hawking Property Lawyers, has been appointed as its latest Foundation Trustee.

Sam Hawking brings a wealth of experience and passion to his new role. After qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2003 and working with a prominent firm of London solicitors, he established Sam Hawking Property Lawyers. His firm is renowned for its commitment to providing exceptional service, driven by his deep legal knowledge and practical experience.

In addition to his professional achievements, Sam is known for his adventurous spirit and dedication to fitness, often participating in physical challenges such as triathlons and sea rowing. Notably, he won the Likey 6633 Ultra, a 353-mile continuous running race in the Arctic, raising £15,000 for Wales Air Ambulance.

In his new role, Sam will focus on inspiring, educating, and advocating for the Foundation’s initiatives, with a special emphasis on its Be Kind We Care wellbeing and mental health support. His extensive experience in the property industry, coupled with his commitment to mental health and employee wellbeing, positions him as an asset to the Foundation.

Sam expressed his enthusiasm for the role, stating, “The Conveyancing Foundation’s mission to improve community and employee wellbeing resonates deeply with my values. Through the Charity Lotto, Grant Scheme, BKWC initiative and various events, a culture of giving and social responsibility is being fostered, which resonates deeply with my own values and that of my company.”

He added, “By taking on a role as a Trustee of the Conveyancing Foundation, I feel I can bring a vast amount of knowledge and experience to not only continue the vital work being done for the charitable causes but also look at even more ways we can invest in the happiness and health of our teams, creating a thriving and compassionate workplace.”
