Mindstep: £46,000 raised in memory of Joe Peake

Thank you to the Mindstep Foundation for sharing the following article:

“A life that touches others goes on forever.”

It is hard to put into words our gratitude for the Peake family who lost their Joe in January this year. At this impossible time, the family asked for donations to be made to the Mindstep Foundation in Joe’s memory.

Although he did not take his own life, Joe lived with chronic, treatment-resistant depression and supported the work of our charity.

The outpouring of love for Joe on the Just Giving page is an incredible testament to him, and the family have raised £40,000 for Mindstep. These funds will have a significant impact on the work of our charity and our ability to continue supporting research at the University of Glasgow.

We are unbelievably grateful to Joe’s family and loved ones for their support at this incredibly difficult time. Our thoughts are with them today and every day.

All our love,

The Davies family
