The discussion highlighted that 78% of legal professionals work beyond their contracted hours and 56% have considered leaving their role within five years, reflecting growing pressure across the sector. The panel explored how leadership, workload management, and open communication can help create healthier, more supportive workplaces where wellbeing is truly prioritised.

In this session, Henry and Francis explored the pressures men face to “keep it in,” the toll of silence, and how vulnerability can be a turning point toward recovery and strength.
Thriving Through Change: Menopause and Mental Wellbeing
