The Conveyancing Foundation worked with one of its Partners – Morale Solutions Ltd – to create and run the Wellbeing Surveys in 2023 and 2024.

Rich Lambert, Founder of Morale Solutions managed the project for us, from data collection all the way through to the analysis, interpretation and reporting.

Rich is keen to support others in the conveyancing industry with their efforts to create even better places to work.

He’s written a free guide to unlocking employee engagement success in conveyancing firms which will give you a range of ideas about how to create a “listening strategy” to improve staff retention, productivity and business performance.
