The Conveyancing Foundation are pleased to announce Post Partner as their latest Charity Partner!

Post Partner was founded by Tom Bailey in 2018. Drawing from his experience in post-heavy legal environments, Tom recognised a genuine industry need for a solution that empowers administrators to seamlessly allocate and index post items, thereby saving fee earners time.

Today, Post Partner extends this efficiency to electronic documents, ensuring that all inbound communication is correctly allocated and indexed without requiring any action or adjustment from fee earners. With AI solutions becoming increasingly prevalent in the sector, there has never been a better time to ensure Case Management Systems are well-organised.

The Conveyancing Foundation has raised over £1 million for charity since its launch in 2010, which has helped to support deserving causes and charities of all sizes, including Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff, the Wallich (homelessness charity in South Wales), Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice, and Alzheimer’s Research UK.

As an official partner of the Foundation, Post Partner will join with others in the industry in leading the way in setting wellbeing standards and best practice. Tom and the team will support the aims of the Foundation, including backing and promoting our work with initiatives such as its successful national ‘Be Kind We Care’ (BKWC) best practice campaign to encourage kindness among professionals and promote better mental health through the provision of practical resources.

Post Partner will also become a partner of the Foundation’s new Charity Grant Scheme, which was launched in early 2023, where individuals and businesses in the conveyancing sector can apply for charity funding to supplement a worthy initiative they are supporting. In 2024, the Foundation extended its Charity Grant scheme to offer funding for Mental Health First Aider training to firms within the conveyancing and property sector.

Tom Bailey from Post Partner expressed the organisation’s delight in establishing an official partnership with the Conveyancing Foundation. He commended the Foundation for its innovative efforts in highlighting mental health issues within industry discussions and its impressive charitable fundraising initiatives.

He stated: “In joining forces with the Conveyancing Foundation, Post Partner is thrilled to engage in a collaborative effort with industry peers, driving the establishment of wellbeing standards and best practices.”

Meanwhile, in 2024, the Conveyancing Foundation is actively pursuing its plans for further research into wellbeing and best practices. This initiative includes conducting its second survey titled ‘Wellbeing at Work’, which is open for participation until 31st March 2024. Following the survey, the Foundation will host round-the-table expert webinars to analyse the findings comprehensively and develop blueprints outlining industry best practices.

Jess Smith, COO and Trustee of the Conveyancing Foundation, said,” At the core of our mission lies the empowerment of our industry to thrive. Together with Post Partner and our esteemed partners, we’re dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence and compassion within the conveyancing sector, driving positive change for professionals and the communities we serve.

Tom has been an outstanding supporter of the Conveyancing Foundation through his recent “Supplier Chorus” he composed in late 2023 which was as hilarious as it was successful through which he raised hundreds of pounds for charity! We are extremely excited about this partnership and all we can do this year to support our industry.”
