The Conveyancing Foundation Charity Lotto helps conveyancers, estate agents and those involved in the property industry to raise money for their chosen charities.

Taking part couldn’t be easier. Simply choose the charity you want to support, advertise the charity lotto to your clients and collect the £10 entry fee. The lucky winners receive £500 in cash each month.

The charity lotto is a simple way of raising thousands of pounds for your chosen charity quickly and easily.

How It Works

Client Donation

Your client makes a £10 donation at the end of their property transaction.

They enter the Conveyancing Foundation Charity Lotto.

Monthly Draw

Prize Draw

Your client enters the monthly prize draw. The cost of the lottery is £1.00 with each £9.00 donation attracting Gift Aid, making the overall charity donation £11.25.

Winners receive up to £500.00!
