After over 8 years of dedication, Gareth Evans, Trustee and Foundation Treasurer, has decided to step down from his position. Having been an integral part of the Conveyancing Foundation since 2015, Gareth has played a crucial role in achieving numerous milestones, with the most notable being the accomplishment of our £1 million fundraising goal in 2023. His legacy and contributions will be remembered as the Foundation moves forward into its next chapter.

Charity Grant Scheme – Reopening in February
Following the success of 2023, our Charity Grant Scheme reopens this February. Individuals fundraising for noble causes can apply for grants of up to £2000 through our website.
Mental Health First Aiders Grant Scheme: Breaking new ground in the industry, we’re introducing grants to assist organisations in funding mental health first aider training for their staff. More details coming your way in early February!

British Conveyancing Awards & National Conveyancing Week
As official Charity Partners for both the British Conveyancing Awards (12th March) and National Conveyancing Week (11th – 15th March), we’re gearing up for exciting and interactive initiatives to celebrate these events.

Tŷ Hafan Cycle – Ride to the Rugby!
Embark on an extraordinary journey with us! Join the dedicated group as they cycle 217 miles from Swansea to Dublin from the 20th to the 25th of February. The journey culminates with the Six Nations Ireland vs Wales game, all in support of raising funds for the vital work carried out at Ty Hafan—a haven providing compassionate care and support for children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
Thanks to the dedicated team at Ty Hafan, they have provided a limited number of complimentary spots for the event (usually £1800). Experience the thrill of the ride, the excitement of the game, and the joy of contributing to a noble cause.
